A Life Doula will support a person to make the transitions and changes they need to live their life to its fullest potential. Like a birth or death doula a Life Doula will give clear explanations on the steps to be untaken, what is happening and why, share valuable knowledge, give advice and support with the only difference being a Life Doula looks at the whole person – the physical and the spiritual.

• Firstly, and most importantly, a Life Doula will provide a space of complete acceptance and non-judgement. You will be seen and heard without conditions. It is a safe space for you to be open and honest and find your voice.
• A Life Doula will help you to look at your life with a new perspective and discover your soul’s purpose, what is holding you back and supporting you to make the changes you need to move forward.
• A Life Doula will support you to build confidence and find your voice by leaving room for expansion, spaces in sessions for you to interpret what you are hearing and encourage independent thinking and exploration of what you are learning, empowering you to question!
• A life Doula will also help you to connect to your own guardian angel for lifetime support on this journey and learn how to ask them for help and inspiration in any situation large and small and recognise the signs of call and response (angel signs), as well as meditations, affirmations and soul connecting exercises.
• A Life Doula will also encourage healthy habits, the use of routines and organisation if required, all depending on the individual client's needs.

No! Life Doula’s can work with any person of any faith or none. Connecting to your true self – your soul and spirit transcends religion.

It is ultimately a journey of love and acceptance of yourself and others and freeing oneself from years of conditioned and limited thinking.

Most people do not realise we all have our very own guardian angel that will stay with us from the day we are born until the end of this life. Their sole purpose and reason for being is to love us unconditionally and guide us to reach our full potential.

Often in life we can feel abandoned, lonely and that nobody understands what we are going through. Your guardian angel knows you better than you know yourself and is available 24/7 for support. This is a precious untapped resource that most people are missing out on. As part of the human experience, you have free will within your thoughts and as powerful as your guardian angel is, they cannot fully help you until you give them permission and open that dialogue.

Our first session (which will be free) will be dedicated to getting to know each and a chance for you to talk about what has guided you to seek help and for me to give you an idea of how I can support you with this with. A journey that involves changing the way you view yourself and your world to a point where you can believe that anything is possible. Each step will use the umbrella learning technique.

I chose to use the umbrella technique of teaching because it is the simplest and least confusing way to teach new concepts and skills, particularly when you are starting from a place of stress, overwhelm and low confidence.

To fully Accept, Transform & Create in every aspect of your daily life to a point where it becomes normal like ‘muscle memory’ to believe in yourself and others, each component will be attached to an umbrella to help you break down what you are learning into manageable chunks and steps that you understand, rehearse and practice at your own pace. Each component under an umbrella will relate to each other to form a complete understanding of ‘Acceptance’ for instance before moving onto the next umbrella.

Adopting a technique that is most used with young children in education should never be viewed as dumbing down or patronising to a client in any way. I know from personal experience that it is very hard to absorb new information and ideas when your mind is already full and you a struggling to believe change is possible.

I believe this technique will maximise retention, build confidence, self-love and create new habits of success!
